Location: Ski Beach North Held every Tuesday in the park at Ski Beach North, this circuit style bootcamp class will have you sweating and feeling strong! This class is typically upper body focused and lasts 1 hour. Training tools include a variety of items, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, sandbags, battle ropes, and bodyweight movements. Wondering what to bring? All you need is yourself, water, a towel (optional), and a positive, can-do attitude! Please note: this class is best suited for individuals 18 years of age and older, unless otherwise noted. Minors desiring to take this class must have their parent/legal guardian contact Katie directly for approval and exercise screening prior to signing up for class.
